Taiwan Trip 2015 Day 2 Part 1 ~ Lavender Cottage | 薰衣草森林

I think there are too many photos for my Taiwan travel. We used like 2 cameras and 4 phones. Many of them are duplicates lol.

Anw day 2 is alot of sight seeing! So there are rly alot~ of photos. I will split it into parts.

On the second day, we're supposed to meet Guide Chen at 9am. So we got up early and head down to look for breakfast! Where the Feng Jia Night Market is, is like a mini market in the morning! With fruits, veg and various food. With breakfast too!

First stop of the day is Lavender Cottage! About an hour drive from our hostel.

Lavender Cottage | 薰衣草森林

Guide Chen helped us to take a photo! He took some photos for us and collated it into a video and send us at the end of our trip!

The weather is actually quite cooling. Not cold but just cooling. Could have not worn the leggings lol.
We reached slightly before the opening time, think about 950? The entrance fee was 100NTD per pax I think! And we can use the entrance ticket cost as vouchers. We can combine the vouchers to pay for stuff within Lavender Cottage.

 Map of Lavender Cottage.

The lavender flowers! Not in full bloom yet when we went cos the weather wasn't that cool yet.

Story of the Lavender Cottage.

The shop right outside the entrance! We shopped around while waiting for the place to open. And used the toilet there haha. The toilet is so pretty and big! But dint take a photo cos it's like the staff's personal toilet.

Welcome! It was sooo sunny!

Very instagram worthy even before you enter the Lavender Cottage!

Too bad we can't buy this and bring back! But then even if we could, it can't live in SG weather. So hot!!

In the shop we go! The shop is open before the Lavender Cottage open!

Alot of lavender scented personal care items! I've learnt that the real lavender scent is not like those lavender flavoured food haha. #thingsilearnfromwork
The lavender oil at work actually smells like medicated oil. Lol.

The stuff they sell are rly pretty! Well packaged.

The whole shop is very well decorated.

So cute! And I rmb them being not very expensive!

Finally it's 10am and we went in to explore! The first place was this! Enter, press the button and it sprays lavender scented mist(?). Haha.
