Breakfast time! I was too late so that's not all of the bread haha.
After breakfast, we checked out and dragged our luggage to the nearest subway station - HwaJeong (화정역) which was just a straight road down!

We were slightly early so we hang around the station for a while before boarding!

And we made our way to our apartment in Seoul! It was conveniently located just opposite the Gyeonggui line exit!
As we were too early for check in, we only left our luggage in the room while the ajumma cleaned up the place and we left for lunch just downstairs. Tried Gamja Tang for the first time!
It's actually pork bone broth, though the literal translation is potato soup. Was expecting more of like Bak Kut Teh but there's hardly any meat on the bone.
Ordered a 2 pax spicy version and a one pax non spicy one for BCX. Added mandu and ramen!

However, BCX wasn't contented with lunch for obvious reasons and proceed to the convenience store next door for his Kimbap fix. There's Ministop right downstairs of our apartment!

We got Hershey's ice cream again thanks to their 2 + 1 offer! And 2 Gimbap - Spam and Tuna Mayo and Teriyaki Kimbap!
That's all for lunch and we proceed to Gyeongbokgung area not to visit the palace but for the Cheongwadae tour!
