Europe Trip Sep/Oct 2019 Day 8 Part 2 ~ Krka National Park part 2, Zadar

Part 2 of our Krka National Park adventure was the ferry ride which is a separate ticket! We spotted the ticketing office and checked the ferry timing before starting the previous adventure.

Boarding the ferry.

Onboard ferry.

First stop.

Exploring around the area.

Onboard ferry to the second stop.

I think this is the highlight! The ferry went closer so that we can snap some photos.

Second pit stop, which was longer so we grabbed lunch there. That's probably the only place where there's food available but rly limited options.

We walked around the area first.

They're all serving the same type of food, mostly cold cuts and cheese, so we settled for a hot Ham and Cheese toast.
But don't belittle this, this is bigger than my face! I was dying halfway through this and swear not to have any more ham and cheese toast for the year. Though I do have that pretty often now lol.

Climbing up after lunch.

Was afraid we might not have enough time to get back to the ferry so we didn't complete the hike, and headed back to the ferry.
After this, we were done with Krka and hoped on the car.

Decided to stop by Zadar since we ended the day earlier than expected at Krka. We decided to skip Zadar as it seems quite repetitive and to prevent rushing through but since we had some time we decided to just drop by for dinner before heading up to Plitvice for the night.

As we reached pretty late, think around 6-ish, most attractions were closed. So we just walked around the old town.

Cute little pugsheen!

At the famous Zadar Sea Organ.

Sunset shoot lol.

Oh and we also heard the sea organ playing when we were there due to sunset!

Walked around looking for dinner, as we were afraid it might be difficult to find dinner once we arrive at Plitvice and found this place for dinner!
Very cosy alfresco dining area! I almost never want to dine alfresco in SG...

We got their set dinner which comes with starter, mains and dessert!
Fish soup.

And bread~ Bad lighting for a nice photo though the ambience was great!

Seabass steak!

Dessert - Think it's panna cotta with berry compote.

Menu of the day, very value for money dinner set! That's like SGD26 for a 3-course meal.

After dinner, we drove all the way to our accom in Plitvice National Park. I recalled it being quite deep into the National Park.

Pansion Danica

As we reached pretty late, we quickly washed up and rest for the night!
