Korea Trip Apr 2019 Day 7 ~ Bukhansan National Park, Dongdaemun

After sufficient rest, we set off pretty early for our hiking day at Bukhansan National Park!
Took subway to Gupabal station to change to bus.

There were lots of Ajumma and Ajussi who were all dressed for hiking. Short bus ride and we arrived at the nearest bus stop. Just follow the locals to the base of the hike.

The walk towards the base of the hike were lined with stalls selling hiking essentials. Believed they should be pretty affordable. Should have gotten a hiking stick then.

Main entrance.

Some photos along the way.

This was the easier part of the course lol.

Stopped to take a break and have our breakfast while turkey had to take a call. We had the banana and biscuit from a Ajussi who conquered Mt Everest lol.

After our break, comes the harder parts with lots of steps.

And rocky roads.

And this. *horror*

Due to the fear of heights, I just couldnt go up anymore. Was more worried with the return journey when coming down. Prob look so poor thing that a lady gave me black bean drink to encourage me lol. Him neh!

*still must action abit*

Like some spiderwoman lol.

Getting down was tough or rather tougher..

Stopped by for energy/ lunch. The only establishment in the area.

Oh and there's no bin the national park so we had to bring all the trash with us till we exit.

The return walk was filled with rocky terrain and was very draining.
Finally made it out to the exit but to walk to the bus stop was still a distance away. Being so tired, we just called a cab in to bring us to the nearest subway. Think it was only about 7k won?

Finally on the ground lol. Took the subway to DDM for more shopping lol.

Towards Fitin first.

Crossing over to Good morning city!

Shopping time! But I felt like the clothes are getting more and more expensive everytime I visit. And due to the weather, the clothes are mostly long sleeve.

First time trying Shake Shack!

Shack Burger, Hot Chick’n (which was their special menu), Crinkle Cut Cheese Fries and a drink which I think was Ice Tea.

Got a concrete for dessert too! But B&J still better. As expected I got the Shack Attack - Chocolate frozen custard with Chocolate cookie dough with chocolate fudge.

And after shipping around for a bit, we ended the 7th day of our Korea trip!
