Switzerland Trip Dec 2016 Day 10 Part 2 ~ Rosengarten, Bear Park, Clock Tower

Wkns had been busy! Settling house stuff, sometimes wedding stuff. Hardly had time to update the blog here. Furthermore, i had to return the laptop alr, making it harder to use internet on wkns. Maybe I shld have gotten laptop during black friday sales. Anw, 2 more days till my short break! And start of a new journey!

We took the train from Lucerne to Bern and made our way str to our Bern accommodation, Sorell Hotel Arabelle.

As we spent the morning in Lucerne before travelling to Bern, we were able to check in straight to the hotel upon arrival. 

The double bed and the sofa bed, waiting to be transformed, for me.

Bathroom separated into 3 compartments with clear segregation.

The shower amenities available for our convenience.

Whats with the rubber ducks in Switzerland? Lol.

Since it's here, then lets just entertain it and take a photo together haha.

And we left shortly after settling our luggage in the hotel room to explore Bern.
We took a bus from the nearest stop from the hotel and change at Barenplatz.

We explored around that area abit before hoping on the next bus to Rosengarten.

Rosengarten was just a short bus ride from there and we arrived shortly.

Piggy spammed multiple photos of me haha. But this is like the 'trendy' pose? So I left as it is haha.

It was almost empty, probably cos it was winter and the roses weren't blooming then.

It was about sunset then~

Took lots of photos of the scenery there since there's no roses then haha.

Then we walked towards the Bear Park. Unfortunately, they were hibernating. :(

There were notices in many languages.

Since the bears were not there, we left shortly, back to the Old Town shopping street.
