Early breakfast by Hotel 9 as we had a coach to catch at 7.15am. Ham and cheese toast (I got so scared of h&c toast then..), yogurt, peach. We got a hot coffee takeaway at the cafe at bus terminal to go.
We then snooze on the bus ride to Ljubljana.
Upon arrival in Ljubljana, we made our way to our hotel - City Hotel Ljubljana. We were able to check into our room even though we were early. We quickly left our luggage and left for the city!

At the lobby.
The pretty cakes!
Ljubljana city centre!
Market place!
We had lunch at one of the push cart stalls!
We had Saba and Salmon, with roasted veg. Their roasted veg consist of Zucchini and peppers, unlike our cauliflower and baby carrots (eww).
After lunch, we headed up to the Ljubljana Castle! On the funicular.
Instead of the regular admission ticket with funicular ride, I opted for the Escape Castle option which is the same price at 15 Euros which I thought was the best choice ever!.
We collected the map and guide from the information counter and requested if we could also get the audio guide after which they kindly agreed! So it was super value for money, as compared to just getting the admission tickets.
And our journey begins..
Super bright and sunny day..
The never ending stairs~
And that was the final stop of our mission!
After we completed the mission, we went back to the information counter to exchange for the audio guide and continued exploring the castle. It was actually pretty fun and we spent quite a long time there.
To be continued in the second part!
