First stop at Hanmer Springs is the Conical Hill! A short hike up. We walked the car along the road outside some houses and took some photos of the houses along the way.

Spamming some photos at the peak! Met some locals go went there for an evening walk/ jog and we were discussing about how good life is in NZ to be able to come out for walks before 6pm on a weekday. Lol.
Next stop was the Hanmer Forest. We initially planned to walk for an hour but decided to cut it short since we were behind time and wanted to have an early night, hoping that sleeping helps turkey to recover faster.
So we just took a quick walk around the forest and head back to our hotel area.
Where are the clouds?
Went back to the hotel first as felt still full from dinner, before walking over the N0.31 which is pretty well rated around that area!
Unfortunately when we arrived, there was no available table and we were told that likely will only have the table at about 8pm. So we were about to wait around a while. Luckily, we were given a table without a long wait. However, I recalled waiting 40 mins for our dinner to be served...
Roasted Venison which we had medium rare but still find it too chewy.

After dinner, we went straight back to the hotel and had an early night. Think we went to bed at 1030pm!
