Shanghai Art Exhibition data with Jenny!

Meet Jenny on a Sat. How nice of her to bring me around Shanghai!

The first thing we did was to get brunch! She brought me to Xin Wang (cos it's smth we're familiar with) at Kerry Centre which is nearby!

I had the Breakfast set. I rmb it being only about 25rmb for a set with drinks! And it's nett! No ++

And Jenny had some dan dan noodles which you can customise what liao you want. The menu is totally different from SG outlets and much more extensive!

Then we went to the Power Station of Art for the 10 Biennale - Social Factory. That place wasn't near any train station, and we had to take a bus from a station. The nearest station was Xizang South station. I won't be able to find the place if I were to go there myself.

The building is shaped like a thermometer! And it shows the actual atmospheric temperature at that moment! It was 11 Degrees Celsius then!

The main entrance where we got our admission tickets! About 20rmb I think!

I gotta say that I'm not a artistic person. Most of the exhibits were too cheem for me. ><

Though some look rly pretty/ good, I wasn't good with photography.. So the photos dint turn out to be nice. :(

One of the few art pieces which I find it nice haha.

Too cheem to understand ><

If I rmb correctly, these are different drawings of the human tongue!

Photo booths which you could hear recordings of happenings in the 90s.

Jenny told me that's the design of the olden days houses' windows!

Flower arrangements which stands out. To me haha.

I find white flowers the nicest!

We finally found the rooftop cafe! Quite a nice view! But it was pouring heavily then.

So foggy~ Reminds me of the haze ><

The Mocha and Cappuccino we had while waiting for the rain to stop.

The rain :(

The cafe interior~

Some wall art piece..

Pretty Jenny!

You can form the words social factory and she hui in that complicated looking shape.

The we went to La Creperie again!

There are many Ang Moh waiters and waitresses there!

Our drinks! That are refreshing and thirst quenching haha.

My crepe! I went for a savoury one this time!

Atas mall, that gives a similar vibe to Ion.

Last stop, we went for drinks near West NanJing road station! It's hidden along some ulu street.

A very popular place for drinks filled with foreigners!

Thats the end of that Saturday!
