Taiwan Trip 2015 Day 5 Part 3 ~Meihua (Plum Blossom) Lake 梅花湖風景區

Next stop was the MeiHua Lake where we cycled! It was a long way there and most of us fell aslp.

But the scenery was so pretty, so blue!

The fishing port, which I planned to stopped by but ended up not, cos we're not big fan of seafood haha.

And we went straight to our next stop to have lunch!

Our one and only Bento we had in TW!

We had pork cutlet, Saba and Chicken ones.

With papaya milk haha.

Close up of our bento! Each set comes with stewed cabbage, sausage, braised egg and beancurd skin. It was yummy!

And after our filling lunch, we went for cycling! Think we rented the bike for 2 hours to cycle around the lake!

We got 2 tandem bikes and one single, cos 2 of us cant cycle haha!

We stopped by along the way to take photos!

Of cos we split up along the way, but we met agn cos we just ended up keep going round the lake lol. Pretty tiring as there's some parts going uphill. And some carriages actually got stuck lol!

We stopped by this temple at the lake for a toilet break.

Then i noticed this bird, not sure what species. But it was standing so still, it looked like a figurine lol!

After our cycling, we had this ice cream popiah for desserts! We liked it so much we had seconds! But piggy felt that there wasn't anything special lol.

We actually felt that this is btr than the famed one at Jiu Fen. Cos the ice cream had different flavours. Think all were fruity, I could only rmb mango was one of them.

I'll break up the next post else it's abit photo heavy! Guide Chen brought us to an extra attraction on the way before heading to Jiao Xi for the night!
