Korea Trip June 2017 Day 11 Part 4 ~ Namdaemun Market | 남대문시장

So after we left Paju, we travelled back to our apartment in Seoul! 

Spotted this pushcart right opposite the exit we took towards the apartment. We saw the pushcart stall every night but it's always closed by the time we're back haha. Finally get to see it open!

So we got one each plus waffles for a pre-dinner snack! Supposed to be Hoddeok too but it's hollow inside. So many different variants of Hoddeok in Korea!

I rmb we bought it on the way back from the station to the apartment. And only had hands to eat when we put our loot down so this photo was taken at the apartment haha. 

And we left the apartment after leaving our Ssueim loots and left for Namdaemun for dinner!

We took the Seoujjo bridge (not sure if that's the name) just opposite our apartment. Seen it every day but first time taking it! RM filmed one of the episodes there around the same period but on the day we went to Everland cos it was a Monday haha.

It's a very long bridge spanning across central Seoul!

New mall opening.

The bridge connects us directly to Namdaemun Market! So convenient, don't even need to take train haha. And saves money too!

Arriving at the market! Fruits! Watermelon at SGD25 at the market too.

when I see Hoddeok, must have Hoddeok. Esp when the one I had just a moment ago wasn't what I liked lol.

Then came the main purpose of coming to Namdaemun! Mum wanted to get fresh Ginseng and as I was asking where to get, we were brought to this stall.

They sell different flavours of the almonds too! And generous with the samples haha. All at 5k only! I bought 2 of the Banana Milk ones.

The ajumma even gave us Vit C and Ginseng drink haha. Mum bought 500g the first round.

We saw some promotion poster and chose to have Samgyetang for dinner!

The menu on the wall. But we saw a promo at 9k and got that instead. Not sure what's the difference.

We ordered 2 Samgyetang and 1 KFC!

Mum's dessert - watermelon after dinner haha. So happy to finally have watermelon there cos fruits are so expensive!

Quite crowded considering it's a weekday night! Think Koreans tend to hang out later even on a weekday. Maybe it's just me haha.
