So after we left Chatuchak, we took the bts to Phahon Yothin just 2 stops away to Union Mall!
Saw this right at the entrance!
The shops in Union Mall~
The famous crepe stall that's always crowded.
We joined the queue and placed our order. Just waited around as we're not sure how they'll call us for our order.
They're so busy that we waited so long for the crepe! Got so bored that I took photos of them making the crepe haha.
Finally!
Banana Nutella as usual!
Spotted this famous matcha cafe! But dint get to try it throughout my week long stay in Bangkok!
KFC dessert Kiosk! With interesting flavours. Why KFC nv bring this in?
Macs special menu.
Ended up having Shabu Shi buffet for dinner!
Free flow meat, veg etc for the steamboat on the conveyor.
The fried food section with Saba, Ebi, Gyoza and Jap Odeng.
They're got salad and red bean paste too.
And a variety of sushi! The spread looks exactly like what BCX will love but unfortunately, he's in army to go BKK for this.
Got fried food while waiting for the steamboat.
The first of our steamboat spread. Nothing rly special about the steamboat though.
I prefer the ready food over the steamboat!
There's Unagi sushi too!
After many rounds of food, finally, it's time for desserts!
Watermelon and Green Tea ice cream! I paired it with the red bean paste but in separate bowls as the red bean paste is warm. I had 2 servings of that! Yummy!
After dinner, we went back towards Chatuchak area for Artbox!
It was surprisingly quiet that day, perhaps cos it was Sunday night.
Wanted to take a photo of the ARTBOX logo but too many people taking photos with the backdrop lol.
Rather empty.
But good that it's not crowded haha. But being so empty, kinda lost our mood to shop.
Cute wooden plates!
The fashion lane~
This is actually a bar on top!
The interesting blood drink packaging.
A sweet drink Janel bought cos it's instagram worthy haha. But I rmb being rather exp (in BKK terms) and diluted.

Lots of food there at ArtBox but since we had buffet dinner before going, we left shortly after exploring around and headed back.
We took the BTS back to Siam station and walked along the overhead bridge. So much more convenient to get to Pratunam side with that bridge now!
We took the BTS back to Siam and walked along the linkway back to hotel. Passed by Erawan Shrine.
Dint visit this time due to the terrorist attack before I went.
On top of the new wide bridge linking from Central World to Platinum Mall, there were new food trucks outside Platinum Mall at night!
And a night market in between the 2 Platinum Mall towers.
Very common personalized passport covers in Thailand! Phuket had the same too.
The crowd, much more crowded than Artbox!
And finally, after a long walk, we arrived back in our hotel room!
I liked it that there are separate sections for bathroom, toilet and basin! So convenient haha. Save lots of time!
And the Lemon and Lavender scented shower gel and shampoo!
The couple slippers we got from Chatuchak due to the rain! And I'm still wearing them now. Got them at 180baht. Surprisingly comfy as usually the straps will be tight and cause blisters on my feet due to my bunions, esp when it's new.
I threw my Puma Sneakers after getting these haha. My trustee slippers that I wear till now.

That's all for day 1!
