Start of day 3 with having coffee in hotel!
Such nice gesture from Metz! I request for milk every morning to go with the coffee since they do not provide creamer, which is great!
Then we went to the famous Sabx2 for breakfast!
The no branch in SG signage is everywhere!
Waited very long for the food to be served. And honestly, I dont understand the hype of this Wanton Noodles.
Janel had her wanton noodles, at 100thb, which is not cheap considering that we can get it same price in SG, though without crab meat. But look at the pathetic portion of crab meat tsk.
While I had the Braised Pork Trotters rice! Much better than the Wanton Noodles I feel, but they seemed to have forgotten by order. Service was rly bad, esp by Thai standards.
After our heavy breakfast, we shopped at the Pratunam Market~
Not many photos cos we were busy shopping! Then we went back to our room to offload our loot before heading out. Got a Matcha Swiss Roll from 7-11!
Pretty yummy haha. Then, we headed out shortly. We walked towards Asia Hotel Ratchathewi Bts.
New restaurants just below the Bts which werent there yet when we stayed there in Nov 2013!
Arrived at MBK and the first thing we did was to eat!
Mum's favourite, Kyochon.
Bored waiting for our lunch haha.
Reason why we had to wait so long.
Sides of wedges and salad!
Finally our chicken! We had half original and half red!
With sticky rice!
After lunch, we walked ard MBK. Chanced upon Mister Donut!
So cute! The Line Friends specials.
The Line Friends donut!
The regular.
I forgot which one I got probably Rocky Road but Janel got this! I prefer the regular donut to the chewy type.
Going to MBK was like purely food hunt, since there's nth much to buy.
Next stop was the famed toast, Mont Nom Sod! Been there so many times but first time trying it.
We got the Chocolate and Coconut Custard with Pandan toasts, which is similar to our Kaya. With Janel's strawberry milk.
25 baht each. So generous with the Coconut Custard but not so for Chocolate.
My Thai Milk Tea.
After this, we left MBK! Rly ate non stop in MBK haha.
