Victoria Trip Aug 2018 Day 9 Part 2 ~ Sunny Ridge Strawberry, Johnny Ripe, Arthur's Seat, McClelland Sculpture Park and Gallery, Brighton Beach, Jazz Corner Hotel

Second part of day 9!

Dropped by Strawberry farm!

And we went to Johnny Ripe after this lol.

I recalled getting some honey and jams back for DPA and Iwerkz group!

And we left for lunch at Johnny Ripe!

I honestly think Piggy had enough of vanilla slice there lol.

After lunch we went to Arthur's Seat.

Exploring around a little before taking the cable car.

I recalled the ride to be rather shaky esp at some point it was rly swinging. And we were rly lucky that we managed to make it back to the base station and not stranded at the other side. As the cable car ride suspended due to the weather shortly after we're back. #IAMDAMNLUCKY

We tried exploring around again lol.

And I think it started drizzling a little when we walked inwards.

And it stopped again, but it was damn cloudy.

We left for McClelland Sculpture Park and Gallery thereafter.

I also recalled this was where my migraine got worse :(

We explored around the sculpture park and the gallery.

And we left for our final stop - Brighton Beach.

Somehow, I recalled the carpark to be pretty expensive (think about 5 per hour?) and the payment system is rather backward? Paying at the machine that's not very intuitive. (though very similar to the ones in Europe too)

As my headache was rly quite bad and it started drizzling again, we left shortly and drive to Melbourne!

Right, so we went round and round while deciding where to have dinner. And we decided on Korean food for a rainy night! Parking was quite difficult and expensive but we parked right outside the restaurant.

This was very nice!

Then we drove to the hotel, wanting to offload the bags and check in first before returning the car. But after circulating round the hotel premises, we cant find the hotel carpark. Finally, we found out that there's no carpark and unloading point :( We had to just stop along the road to unload and quickly drive off within a 10 min grace period.

So after offloading the luggage and checking in, we brought our stuff up to the room quickly (though pretty sure we exceeded the 10 min...) and poor Piggy went off to return the car while I rest in the hotel room due to the worsening headache.
