Italy Trip 2024 Day 4 Part 1 ~ Orvieto, Dolceamaro, Orvieto Underground tour

Day 4 was a day trip to Orvieto. Headed to the Termini station for our train.




We arrived at Orvieto, and it started pouring. Luckily, we were prepared and had a poncho with us.



Rainy morning~




Breakfast at Dolceamaro, where we stayed for a while due to the rain.


This is our only pizza slice the whole trip! Lol.

Came out to explore when the rain stopped momentarily.



Duomo di Orvieto, which we just took photos from the outside since there is an entrance fee.



We purchased the tickets to the Orvieto Underground tour just opposite the Duomo, so we waited here while the rain came on and off. 









Started the Orvieto Underground tour with a walk to the entrance to the Underground. Stopped by a viewpoint where you can see a small vineyard.

End of the tour but getting some last photos before exiting the area lol.















 After the underground tour, we spent the rest of the day exploring Orvieto F&E!
