Seafood platter, which we were only expecting half this portion

Think this is a fish of the day dish but covered with veg.

My one and only Pistachio Tiramisu the entire trip.

Post dinner walk before heading back to La Spezia and saying bye to Cinque Terre.

Back at La Spezia and realised I've no photos of it so took one at the square before ending the night.

Italy Trip 2024 Day 2 Part 2 ~ Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel

Walking back to the main area after brunch and the queue was crazy. Our next stop was the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. It was a bit of a walk and while walking towards the entrance, there was a snaking queue for those who did not purchase tickets online. We had pre-booked our tours so we just walked past everyone and got to the entrance to wait for our entry time. Initially, I joined the queue, unsure what the queue was for and how long it was, while Turkey went ahead to check it out. New Zealand Trip 2023 Day 20 Part 2 ~ Cross Hill Domes, Wanaka, Kika

Really impressed by how nicely furnished the Dome is. Spent some time exploring the done and the surrounding area. Made hot tea to bring to go with us. V clear sky and windy, I had to grab on to my hair lol. Thereafter, we drove to Wanaka Town Centre to walk around. It was still a weekend, and stark contrast to the bustling Queenstown. Got really windy so here's my beannie! Back at Kika again! Worthy to the 2 chefs hats. Kika Fried Chicken, tomato sugo, paprika and basil powder Charred asparagus, pumpkin seed butter, pinenut gremolata Wine and kombucha for me since I was starting to cough :( Cloudy Bay clams which were really good and meaty! Whole market trout. Enjoyed our meal a lot but as we started late at 8pm, we got back really late. We managed to start the fire in the room and it was really nice though it is electric. New Zealand Trip 2023 Day 18 Part 2 ~ Routeburn Track - Routeburn Nature Walk, The Great Glenorchy Alpine Base Camp

Since it was still early and we had lots of time, we decided to check out some short walks around Routeburn Track. Only to regret it later as we ended up taking the first part of the intended track for the next day and the drive was annoying with unpaved roads. We planned to take the Routeburn Nature Walk, but it actually is the same route as the start of the Routeburn Falls Hut route that we were about to do the following day. Not dressed to hike so just the nature walk which is flat. Really missed the clean air, clear water, awesome weather, and the lack of crowd lol. Was wondering what that is, if that is the Falls Hut but felt a little too near to the start of the trail. Decided to turn back here and continue the following day. Came back to the The Great Glenorchy Alpine Base Camp for dinner. Having some drinks while waiting for dinner to be ready. Finally dinner is served!
