New Zealand Trip 2022 Day 20 ~ Laneway Espresso, Christchurch Aiport

Last post of NZ 2022!

Final breakfast at Laneway Espresso, a short drive from our accommodation. 


The menu~

Bacon Buttie - His, looks simple.


Then we drove towards the airport. First to visit the drugstore to get some final souvenir to spend the remaining NZD, then top up petrol and return the car. Reached the airport pretty early at 10:11am for a 12pm flight!

Nothing much at the lounge really, esp when we just had breakfast. So we just had some Zeffer cider.




Chill around the lounge till finally time to board.






Yay to satay!



Smoked duck breast.



Chinese noodles with chicken.




Curry beef.


Ice cream for him.

Cheese plate with panna cotta and crumble for me. 


Wanted to try some instant noodles since I had a really good one last trip but this was nah. The noodles were different and not a fan.


Time for our second meal before touching down.

Smoked Salmon Salad to start.



Another Salmon dish for mains lol.


And a chocolate caramel tart to end.


 And with that, we ended our 20 days NZ trip after missing it for 2.5 yrs and our first trip since our honeymoon in 3 yrs!
